Notification of Results

New World Resources N.V. ("NWR"), Central Europe's leading hard coal producer, will announce its financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2009 on Wednesday 18 November 2009.

NWR will conduct a live audio webcast of its conference call for analysts and investors at 10:00 GMT, 11:00 CET that day. The full details of the webcast, which will be made available on NWR's website at www.newworldresources.eu, and dial in details will be announced in due course.
