Transaction in Own Shares
Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the provider of software, communications and information products to the global capital markets, announces that it has, today, transferred 700,909 ordinary shares at 43.5p each, out of treasury shares to match obligations pursuant to the exercise of employee options.
In addition, Dealogic (Holdings) plc announces that it has, today, purchased through J.P. Morgan Cazenove 541,393 ordinary shares at a price of 167.5p per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 4,358,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 67,032,551.
