In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was notified on 14 October 2009 that the wife of Mark Sinclair, a Director of the Company, purchased 10,887 preference shares in the Company at a price of 91.753 pence per preference share on 14 October 2009. Following this purchase Mark Sinclair has an interest in 20,887 preference shares in the Company.
