Grant of Options

On 16th October 2009 the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors granted options to certain members of the Group's senior management team in accordance with the InterQuest Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("the Plan").

Two Executive Directors were also granted options as follows:
