HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company was notified on 14 October 2009 and 15 October 2009 that Pangea
Exploration (Pty) Limited ("Pangea") had sold a total of 2,795,966 ordinary
shares in the Company.  Pangea's remaining holding is 42,805,568 ordinary
shares, representing 3.04% of the issued share capital.

 

Robert Still, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a Director of Pangea
and a trustee of a family trust which owns 33.33% of Pangea.  Mr Still is
therefore deemed to have an indirect, non-beneficial interest in Pangea's
holding in the Company.
