Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report

Maghreb Minerals Plc (the "Company"), the AIM-listed exploration company developing base and industrial mineral deposits in Tunisia gives notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY at 9.00 a.m. on 12 November 2009.

The Annual Report of the Company for the year ending 30 June 2009 will be posted to Shareholders on Monday, 19 October 2009 and will be available on the Company's website www.maghrebminerals.co.uk.
