BATM announces that it has been notified by Peter Sheldon, non-executive Chairman of the Company, that he today sold 200,000 BATM ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56 pence.  

Mr Sheldon sold the Ordinary Shares from his personal pension plan for pension planning reasons. Mr Sheldon and his connected persons continue to hold 250,000 BATM Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of BATM's issued share capital.
