                    RESTORATION OF TRADING ON AIM

African Aura Mining Inc. ("African  Aura" or the "Company"), the  TSX
Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") and  AIM listed exploration to  production
company focused on gold  and iron ore in  West Africa, is pleased  to
announce that  the  Company's  post consolidation  shares  have  been
admitted to the CREST system and that trading in the Company's shares
can settle  electronically. As  such, the  trading of  the  Company's
shares on AIM has been restored with immediate effect.
