The Company was notified on 13th October 2009 that Mr Masoud Alikhani, a Director of the Company, purchased 866,964 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.95p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Alikhani has a beneficial interest in 6,245,958 Ordinary Shares representing 2.44 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
