A & J Mucklow Group plc has made the following conditional awards to Executive Directors of the Company's Ordinary shares of 25p each under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, pursuant to a recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee on 13 October 2009.

Director	Options at nominal consideration
Justin Parker	52,500 shares
David Wooldridge	33,654 shares

The vesting of these awards will be subject to performance conditions over a three year period as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 8 October 2007.
