Result of Annual General Meeting
The Directors of PCFG, the AIM quoted finance house, are pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.
Following the passing of the resolutions at the Annual General Meeting, the Company confirms that admission of the 1,582,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced on 9 October 2009 to trading on AIM is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 14 October 2009.
