Sirius  Exploration  announces that it was informed on 12 October 2009  that  as  at  8  October  2009
Harbinger  Capital  Partners  II  LP, in its capacity as investment manager  to  Global  Opportunities
Breakaway  Ltd.,  held 46,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company.    The total voting  rights  in  the
Company are 363,505,150 and accordingly the percentage holding is 12.65%.
