Issue of Convertible Loan Notes and Conditional Placing of Shares, Placing and Open Offer of Shares, Circular to Shareholders and EGM

Further to the announcements released on 10 September 2009 and 24 September 2009 and the posting of the circular containing full details of the Placing and Open Offer dated 24 September 2009 (the "Circular"), Noventa hereby announces that, due to the recent postal strikes which have taken place across England and the postal strikes proposed to take place in the near future, the latest time and date for acceptance of the Open Offer and receipt of completed application forms and payment in full under the Open Offer or settlement of relevant CREST instruction (as appropriate) has been extended from 11.00am on 12 October 2009, as set out in expected timetable of principal events on page 4 of the Circular, to 11.00am on 13 October 2009.

The time, date and place of the EGM, being 11.00am on 14 October 2009 at the offices of Carey Olsen, 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 0BD, remains the same.
