The Company announces, following notification today, that Mr & Mrs Leonard Licht have sold a total of 4,696,078 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the disposals, Mr & Mrs Licht are beneficially interested in a total of 65,700,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 6.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
