The Company was notified on 7 October 2009 that, following an acquisition of 7,200,808 ordinary shares of 1p each, as part of a placing of shares by the Company completed on 28 September 2009, JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited's holding of 14,697,573 shares in Jubilee now represents 10.89% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
