IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has today been notified that Barry Keepence, a Director of the Company, sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 640p each on 2 October 2009.

Following this transaction Mr Keepence has an interest in 24,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
