Transaction in Own Shares

Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the provider of software, communications and information products to the global capital markets, announces that it has, on 7th October 2009, transferred 38,452 & 25,634 ordinary shares at 52.5p & 99p each respectively, out of treasury shares to match obligations pursuant to the exercise of employee options.

Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 4,518,105 ordinary shares as treasury shares.  

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 66,873,035.
