Heywood Williams Group PLC ('the Company') advises that as required by the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules Sourcebook, it was notified on 6 October 2009 by Henderson Global Investors Limited ('Henderson') on behalf of Lowland Investment Company plc ('Lowland') that following a disposal of 3,950,000 shares on 5 October 2009 Lowland no longer has an interest in the voting rights of the Company.
