The company has been  advised that, on 6  October 2009, Ken Niven,  a
person discharging managerial responsibility over G4S plc,  exercised
executive share options over 60,000 and 40,000 ordinary shares of G4S
plc at exercise prices  of £1.64 and  £1.3375 per share  respectively
and on the same date  Mr Niven sold 80,941  of those shares at  £2.26
per share.
