STATEMENT RE. SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

The Directors of GoldStone Resource Limited ('the Company') note the recent rise in the Company's share price and announce that they are in advanced negotiations regarding a joint venture opportunity in Ghana over a gold project and a further announcement will be made in due course. The Directors know of no other reason for the rise in the Company's share price.
