The Board of Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: MOG) announces that Mr. Anthony Trevisan, Director, has resigned from the Board of directors of the Company with effect from 7 October 2009, to focus on other existing commitments.
The Board and employees of the Company extend their appreciation for the significant leadership and vision Mr Trevisan has provided since inception, in guiding the Company through the establishment of the business, its initial public offering on AIM and its considerable development, leaving the Company with a strong platform for future growth. The Board and the employees wish him well for the future.
