Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 2 October 2009 Mr R Piggott, former Group Finance Director, sold 51,256 ordinary shares at a price of 40p and his wife, Mrs H Piggott, sold 37,944 ordinary shares at 40p.

Following this transaction Mr Piggott now holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
