Issue of Share Options
Access Intelligence, (AIM: ACC), the software-as-a-service provider, announces that on 29 September 2009 the Company's remuneration committee granted the following share options in respect of ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'):

The remuneration committee has resolved that the exercise price for these options be 4.375 pence per share and they will be exercisable between 29 September 2012 and 29 September 2019, or earlier in the event of a change of control. The options are exercisable subject to certain performance conditions being met.
Jeremy Hamer has an interest in the Company of 2,941,762 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.85% of the Company's issued share capital and also has existing share options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 6.75 pence per share.
