Corac Group plc  (the 'Company')

Holdings in the Company

The Company was informed on 2 October 2009 that, as at 1 October 2009, Prudential plc now holds an interest and voting rights in 14,131,820 ordinary shares of nominal value 10p each in the Company, representing approximately 13.04% of the Company's issued share capital.  

A wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential plc has direct fund management control over M&G Investment Funds 3 (an Open Ended Investment Company) in respect of the shares identified in this notification. M&G Investment Funds 3 is not a Prudential plc group company and therefore separate disclosure is required.  

Therefore the Company was also informed on 2 October 2009 that, as at 1 October 2009, M&G Investment Funds 3 now holds an interest and voting rights in 14,131,820 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 13.04% of the Company's issued share capital. This disclosure is in respect of the shares already disclosed above by Prudential plc and not in addition to it.
