Global Brands S.A. (the 'Company')


Update 


Following the passing of the resolutions at the EGM held on 25th September 2009, the Company announces that the capital restructuring will take effect from 6 October 2009. The nominal value of the ordinary shares will be reduced from CHF2.10 to CHF0.02 and there will 22,946,550 ordinary shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. Amended share certificates will be sent to shareholders in due course.
