Directors' Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Andrew Fletcher, an Executive Director of the Company has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p resulting in a holding of 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Fletcher has no previous holding in the Company.
The Company was informed today that Sir Bernard Zissman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p resulting in a holding of 0.64% of the issued share capital of the Company. Sir Bernard has no previous holding in the Company.
