Heywood Williams Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received notice on 2 October 2009 from Investec Asset Management Ltd ('Investec') on behalf of Investec and Temple Bar Investment Trust ('Temple Bar') advising that following a disposal of 9,000,000 shares on
1 October 2009 Investec and Temple Bar no longer have a direct or an indirect interest in the voting rights of the Company.
