Dealings by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR's')

On 1 October 2009 Corac granted options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares to Phil Cartmell, Corac's Chief Executive Officer who joined the Company on 28 September 2009.  They are exercisable at 42.0 pence per share between 1 October 2010 and 1 October 2019.

Following the above transaction, Phil Cartmell holds options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares.
