Total voting rights
In accordance with Chapter Five of the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that following the cancellation of 11,496,111 ordinary shares held by Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A. on 17 September 2009, the Company had 30,651,386 ordinary shares in issue and admitted to trading as at 30 September 2009.
There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 30,651,386.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
