DATE OF ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT / PRESENTATION -

MONDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2009

Carr's (CRM.L), the fully-listed agriculture, food and engineering group, proposes to announce its results for the 52 weeks to 29 August 2009 on Monday 9 November 2009.
