Amendment to Terms of Loan Note Instrument

Further to announcements made, the most recent of which was on 31 July 2009, the Company announces that the requirement under a convertible loan note dated 10 March 2009, for the Company, prior to 30 September 2009, to send a notice to shareholders convening a general meeting, has been extended to 31 October 2009. The extension has been agreed between Firebird Global Master Fund II, Limited, the holder of the loan notes, and the Company.

The Company expects that the notice convening a general meeting and a notice convening an annual general meeting of the Company will be posted to Shareholders within the next 14 days together with the annual accounts of the Company.
