Application has been made for the listing of 4,221,597 ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid ('shares') to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of the shares with the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be granted on 1 October 2009, and that dealings will commence on the following day. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2009. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary 

shares. 

A copy of the document dated 27 August 2009 regarding the Share Dividend Plan has already been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and is available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
