Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement of the Placing to raise £3,000,000 on 18 September 2009, the Company has sent to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting which is available on the website www.rusina.com.au and at which a Resolution will be proposed to approve the issue of up to 21,000,000 new ordinary shares in Rusina (the 'Second Placing Shares'). The General Meeting will take place at Citigate Perth, 707 Wellington Street, Perth, Western Australia at 10.00 am WST on 29 October 2009.  

The First Placing Shares, which rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, have been issued, allotted and admitted to trading on AIM on 22 September 2009.
