The Directors of Yinggao Holdings plc (AIM: YGH.L) wish to announce that, following the discovery of an earlier administrative error, Keen Lloyd Holdings Limited ('KLH') is interested in 1,821,776,422 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each, not 1,851,776,422 shares as previously notified. This represents approximately 92.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
