Nordic Land plc ('NL' or the 'Company') announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held at Whiteley Chambers, Don Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 9WG on 15 December 2009 at 11.00am and the form of proxy for use at the AGM.
