DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 28 September 2009 the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below were granted options by DSG international plc (the Company) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Plan 2008 (the Plan) and in accordance with the terms of the Reward Sacrifice Schedule (the Scheme) at an option price of 28.43 pence.
Options granted under the Scheme will vest on 28 September 2012. Vested options may be exercised during the period from 28 September 2012 to 27 September 2019.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R(1) (a).
