This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the IEX Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 29 September 2009 the Company was informed by Seán Mac Réamoinn that, on 21 September 2009, he disposed of 2,418,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this disposal, he no longer has a disclosable shareholding in the Company.
