The Company was notified on 28 September 2009 that on the same day Mr. Andrew Burgess, through his self-trade Nominee Account, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 27p per share, and 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 26.90p per share.
These purchases bring his total holding to 1,482,255 Ordinary Shares representing 3.07% of the Company's total voting rights (excluding those shares held in treasury).
