Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 25 September 2009, 2,000 options were exercised by employees under an IndigoVision Group plc Stand Alone Option Agreement.

Application has been made by IndigoVision for a further 2,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.

It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence on 2 October 2009.
