This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the IEX Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 28 September 2009 the Company was informed by Pageant Holdings Limited ('Pageant') that, on 25 September 2009, Pageant had acquired a total of 930,815 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 9,958,892 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 12.28% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
