Changes to the Company's Structure

The Company announces the resignation of Ms Rebecca Navarednam as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 30 September 2009. Ms Navarednam is leaving for personal reasons. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Navarednam for her past contribution to the Company.

The Company also announces the senior management appointments of Mr Nick Kaloyirou and Mr Clive Barrett as Joint Chief Operating Officers with effect from 1 October 2009. Mr Seán Anglim is appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Mr Kien Mun Ho is appointed as Company Secretary and Group Financial Controller with effect from 1 October 2009.
