In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, LitComp confirms that it currently has in issue 6,384,326 ordinary shares of 10p each, (no shares are held in treasury) admitted to trading on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc. The Company also has GBP 2,501,200 10 per cent. Convertible Secured Loan Stock 2008, remaining in issue.
