EGM Update

AMZ Holdings Plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting today the Chairman withdrew the resolution to be proposed.

The Company remains confident that it will be able to meet both its redemption obligations and be able to raise sufficient working capital to fund the Company's ongoing activities. Further announcements will be made in due course.
