Premier Foods announces that Christine Cross, a non-executive director of the Company, has notified the board of her resignation with effect from 31 January 2010, when she will take up the role of Chief Retail Advisor to PricewaterhouseCoopers. The board would like to thank Christine for her valuable contribution to the Company since her appointment in January 2008.
