               Application was made to AIM to increase the Company's Block Scheme by an aggregate 
               of 1,791,634 common shares and the increase will become effective on 29 September, 
               2009. As of 25 September 2009, the number of common shares issuable under the Block 
               Scheme is 5,009,884 common shares of no par value in the Company.

As at 25 June 2004, the date of the Company's admission to AIM, the Company had an issued share capital of 36,717,871 common shares with no par value admitted to trading on AIM.

As of the 25 September 2009 the Company will have 63,246,149 common shares in issue.
