Ra'anana, Israel - 24 September 2009: Further to the announcement of 21
September 2009, the Company wishes to report that Eli Reifman has submitted his
resignation from the board of directors.


Eli Reifman said that he is stepping down in the interest of Emblaze's ongoing
business and operations so that his current legal problems will not reflect on
the Company.

 

The board of directors has accepted Mr. Reifman's resignation with immediate
effect.
