The Board of Rusina announces that it was informed on 24 September 2009 that as of 22 September 2009 Ward Ferry Management (BVI) Limited (as investment manager) changed its interests as a significant holder in the Company and held the total voting rights attaching to 21,926,412 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 7.78% of the total voting rights in the Company.
