NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

R.G.I. International Limited, the AIM listed developer of high-end properties in Moscow and the surrounding area, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 at

07:00 BST on Tuesday 29 September 2009.

There will be a conference call at 09:00 BST on that day for analysts and investors, hosted by Jacob Kriesler, Chairman. Dial-in details for the call will be included in the interim results press release issued at 07:00 BST.
