The Board of Rusina announces that it was informed on 24 September 2009 that as of 22 September 2009 M&G Investment Funds became a significant holder in the Company and held the total voting rights attaching to 24,184,400 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 8.57% of the total voting rights in the Company.
