Further to the announcement released on 10 September 2009 Noventa is pleased to announce that following approval of the circular, containing the full details of the Placing and Open Offer and dated 24 September ('Circular'), by the Jersey Financial Services Commission, it will be posting the Circular to the shareholders of Noventa today.
The EGM to propose the resolutions detailed in the Circular is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 October 2009 at the offices of Carey Olsen, 47 Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey, JE1 0BD.
